Therapy for Perimenopause & Menopause
in Cobble Hill, NY

Hello and welcome!

I am a licensed clinical social worker in New York, New Jersey and a registered out of state telehealth provider in Florida. We are able to meet for sessions virtually if you are located in one of these three states.

Currently, I am a fully online therapist and do not meet with clients in person. Our sessions can take place on your computer, tablet, or phone through my HIPPA compliant video conferencing software.

I specialize in working with women over 40 seeking emotional support as they navigate perimenopause or menopause.

Feel free to contact me if you would like a free 30-minute consultation.

If you’re a woman in your 40s or 50s, you may be experiencing the emotional and mental health challenges of perimenopause or menopause—not just the physical symptoms:

  • You wake up at 3 AM drenched in sweat, exhausted but unable to fall back asleep.

  • Your emotions feel unpredictable—one moment you’re laughing, the next you’re in tears.

  • You feel anxious, irritable, or overwhelmed in ways you never did before.

  • You struggle to focus, forget small things, and wonder if you’re losing your sharpness.

And through it all, life keeps going.

You’re still expected to show up at work, take care of all your personal responsibilities, and push through—when all you really want is a moment to breathe.

You may find yourself questioning your relationships, career, or even your sense of self.

It’s not just hormones. It’s a major life transition—and you deserve support through it.
